Faculty & assessors

Help build a real coaching standard.

We are recruiting the people who will demonstrate, assess and mentor the first generation of Rallova coaches.

Why this is open now

A standard needs people standing behind it.

Three roles open the door to Rallova's first cohorts: the demonstrating coaches who appear in the instructional video library, the accredited assessors who grade the candidates, and the founding faculty of Master Coaches who will educate the next L1–L3 cohorts. The first cohort of every level cannot run until these people are in place.

We are looking for senior padel and pickleball coaches with serious experience, a genuine craft, and an interest in building something institutional. Open to applications from across Europe and the US.

Three roles

Where you might fit.

01 Demonstrating coach

On-camera demonstration for the video library.

Technically excellent practitioners who can demonstrate the L1 stroke set for the instructional video library — and at L2 and L3, the intermediate and advanced repertoire.

Per sport; one founding pair per sport to start.
02 Accredited assessor

Grade live cohorts to the Rallova rubric.

Senior coaches who complete the Rallova Assessor Award and grade L1 and L2 cohorts. Calibrated, externally moderated, paid per cohort.

Founding pool of 6–10 globally.
03 Founding Master Coach

Educate the educators.

A small founding faculty credentialled through a one-time accelerated L4 cohort. The people who will mentor the L1–L3 candidates that follow.

Target intake: 5–8 globally, by invitation.
What we offer

Real institutional involvement.

Pay for time. Equity in some cases. A say in curriculum and methodology through the Technical Committees and the Academic Advisory Board. The chance to shape a standard while it is being written, rather than inherit one.

Apply with a CV, a portfolio of recorded sessions if available, and a paragraph on why this matters to you. We answer every application personally.
